Designing packaging for market expansion of a new product

Headquartered in Saskatchewan, this food company is making waves all over the world.

With products available in over 2000 locations across Canada and a growing international presence from USA to Japan, Three Farmers Foods wanted to add a new product to their snack food offering.

After naming the line, Rock & Bloom needed to design packaging that appeals to both the core demographic and buyers deciding what products to line their shelves with. Flavour naming, package shape and design and launch campaign all had to be cohesive and memorable—eye-tracking studies show that consumers read on average only seven words in an entire shopping trip, buying instinctively by colour, shape and familiarity of location.
